SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES

Products are delivered to the address indicated by the buyer in the order form, and only to the geographical destinations specified in the delivery forms.

All products are shipped in perfect condition. The customer must notify the logistics company (or the mail carrier) of any slight impact (holes, crush marks, etc.) on the package, and, if necessary, reject the package. An identical product will be sent free of charge.

The exchange of a product declared as damaged during transportation, without any reservation being issued upon receipt of the package, cannot be considered.

Orders placed before 1:00 PM will be shipped the same day and delivered the next business day.

As with any shipment, delays or lost products are possible. In such cases, the logistics company will be contacted to initiate an investigation. All necessary efforts will be made, for as long as necessary, to locate the package. If necessary, the merchant will be reimbursed by the logistics company, and a new identical package will be delivered at no cost.

We decline any responsibility for delivery times caused by the logistics company, especially in cases of product loss, weather conditions, or strikes.

RETURNS

The withdrawal period granted by the Law to the Customer in the case of purchase of goods is fourteen days, Nerthus Bottles grants thirty (15) business days from the date of receipt of your order, NERTHUS BOTTLES offers a return period of 15 days from the receipt of the product. During this period, the Customer can return, at their own expense, without any penalty, the Product(s) that do not suit them.

In this case, the Customer can choose between the refund of the amount paid, in exchange for the return of the Product(s), and the exchange of the Product(s) ordered. It is understood that the returned Product(s), at the Customer's expense, must be in good condition; as they were delivered by NERTHUS BOTTLES.

Only the prices of the purchased Product(s) will be considered, provided that the products are returned complete in their original packaging and in a condition similar to their original state. No return will be accepted if the customer has not contacted our services by email beforehand and obtained a Return Number. Any package sent without a Return Number (DMA - Return Merchandise Authorization) will be rejected. In the absence of this agreement, NERTHUS BOTTLES will refuse to accept any product with incomplete return or without an RMA number. In any case, the costs and risks of returns are borne by the customer.

Returns will be made to the ADDRESS OF NERTHUS BOTTLES - The right of return cannot be exercised for: - Items returned incomplete, deteriorated, damaged, or dirty by the customer will not be refunded, or the return price will be reduced. Once the package is received by our services, the refund will be made.
