Shipping and Returns
1. General Expenses
- National and Peninsula Shipping: from €3.95.
- Free shipping for orders over €29.95 VAT included.
Shipments are not made to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.
2. Other Purchase Features
1. Due to the current situation, shipments are made via courier service. Shipments will be processed from Monday to Thursday from 9:00 am to 11:50 am. Orders after this time will be processed the next day.
2. Shipping costs include Value Added Tax (VAT) in all cases, but no other tax, fee, duty, or surcharge.
3. Delivery of items to the address specified by the Customer during the order process is understood as shipping, limited to the delivery areas listed above.
4. NERTHUSBOTTLES hands over orders to the courier service within a maximum period of 48-72 hours, but due to the current situation with COVID-19, there may be delays in shipments. We are not responsible for any delivery delays caused by the courier service.
3. Returns
1. Access the "Order History" section of your account.
2. Select the order from which you want to return the item.
3. Select the product or products you want to return by checking the box next to the name.
4. Add an explanation for why the product is being returned so that the store team knows what happened. (Optional)
